ICB Step Team

The ICB is a fraternal organization that seeks to train men in Christ-likeness as the standard for manhood.

Through ICB men are instructed in the Biblical definition of manhood then mentored to establish godly habits that will demonstrate Christ-likeness through community service and our outreach initiatives.

It is through our “practice” of biblical manhood before the eyes of the world that other men will be motivated to become a part of this vision.  And so ICB becomes a visible symbol in the world that will draw men to Jesus Christ as we raise the standard of biblical manhood not just with words, but with deeds.

We not only outreach to our local community on our own, but ICB seeks to partner with community service organizations that help to strengthen families through education, mentoring, and accountability services.  Thus ICB builds bridges and partnerships in order to have a greater impact on the world for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and re-presenting biblical manhood.

In addition, ICB’s outreach initiatives currently seek to dynamically present and communicate Christ-like manhood in our culture.  ICB has given birth to specific outreaches to our youth and those that society often shuns out of ignorance and fear.

Such initiatives as the ICB Step Team provide mentoring for young men who are trained to the Gospel through the art of step-dancing.  The Gye-Nyame Ryu Dojo provides men training in the ICB Martial Arts not only for the sake of physical strengthening, but spiritual and mental growth and development.  And the Gye-Nyame Riders are a new paradigm in evangelism.  The Gye-Nyame riders encourage non-Christian motorcycle clubs and individual riders to join in and participate in their sponsored events, witnessing the gospel of Jesus Christ through conduct and character.

In development, ICB is creating a special “Rites of Passage” mentoring initiative for boys ages 13 years old and complementary programs for other young men.

Stay tuned!  We have only just begun and nothing is impossible with God and to them that believe. (Luke 1:38, Matthew 19:26)
